Hooray! Our 2006 Inspirado makes its debut! In 2006, we held back four barrels of our Estate Cabernet to be part of this great new blend. It will go on sale through the website and the tasting room on Monday, July 21, 2008.
The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, bright, and tropical; perfect for a nice warm summer. We are only releasing 50 cases through the website. While this may sound small, it represents nearly one third of our total Sauvignon Blanc production. Be sure to get some before it’s gone.
Our 2005 Keever Vineyards Cabernet is showing beautifully right now. It has bright fruit and soft tannins that make it very approachable right now. With any luck, we won’t run out until the day before we release our 2006. As always, I would recommend some time in a decanter before serving.
